I was born and raised in a developed city. In the summer, I had the opportunity to visit my dear village, I felt the most peaceful things, it was just the clouds, the sky. It's quite different from the busy, crowded city life. Each place has characteristics that make me always imprint in my mind.Everyone should try to experience the feeling of living in places. different to realize that nature has given us the most wonderful things.Young people try to experience the countryside, few people, few activities and help their emotions to relax and think more easily.Enjoy life wherever you are

I really feel alone
everything is so lonely that i feel lonely
Even at home I still feel lonely
Humans have many stories but not all of them have a place to tell
because to tell everything will be useless, they will never understand what you feel
whatever your problem they won't care
But have you ever felt lonely in a crowd?
What do you feel?
the world is like dark there is no light
So don't waste your time just to get other people's care
but i believe
when the darkness will meet at the point of light
You have your own strengths that you don't realize
stop thinking you can't do anything
everything in the world is just a deposit
even when you find it difficult, believe God will make it easy
Stop blaming yourself, you are precious in this world
because sadness and happiness are one package. Thanks

The Indonesian nation is famous for its trademark, namely mutual cooperation, in which there is empathy, namely the ability to understand and feel the feelings and situations of others. Daniel Goleman, the person who coined the term "Emotional Intelligence", identifies three types of empathy. The first is cognitive empathy, which comes from trying to understand the other person's point of view. The second is social empathy, the ability to relate to other people's feelings or understand how others feel. The last and most important is the ability to empathize with concerns. The three forms of empathy build good interpersonal skills by increasing sensitivity to the feelings of others.

How do diasporas express their sense of belonging in multiple societies?, Diasporas helping their communities: what is it like to assist communities during a crisis? My great-grandfather, Ambassador Ernest Elizee, travelled to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in 1961 to help construct the Organization of African Unity, the precursor to the African Union. Ernest was an Haitian Ambassador who spoke seven languages. He represented the first independent African Diaspora nation from colonial rule (Haiti) to the only African nation unconquered by colonialism (Ethiopia). In this photo, he was saluted by the Ethiopian army that fought of Mussolini's invasion of Ethiopia while on his way to greet former Emperor of Ethiopia, Haile Salassie.

Ernest enjoyed his time living in Addis Ababa and brought Salassie on state trips to the United Nations and Haiti. Ernest's experiences and multilingual abilities resulted in his appointment for being the Deen of the Ethiopian Diplomatic Corps. This photograph has inspired me to follow my great-grandfather's footsteps, to travel overseas in Africa and present my social entrepreneurship efforts at the United Nations.

How do diasporas express their sense of belonging in multiple societies?, Youth and their roots: what is it like to be born or grow up as a member of the diaspora; how can the youth connect with their homeland? As a young person who has come from a family of displaced origins (former Yugoslavia), I know the struggles of forming a diasporic identity. Growing up in a new country with a family that is not accustomed to the cultural traditions of the new land was incredibly difficult. From an outsider's perspective, people can imagine the trials and tribulations of language barriers, lack of education and cultural behaviours. However, it is deeper than many perceive. There is a struggle to form bonds with people, a metaphysical and psychological state of not belonging, difficulties to create an identity that both embraces the current culture while not abandoning the old and many more challenges. My work aims to explore how roots are both embedded within us, but also can be lost when navigating contextual spaces and belonging. Those from diasporas have an incredibly difficult & continual process of identity formation.

Let the dog leads our path to the homeland Youth and their roots: what is it like to be born or grow up as a member of the diaspora; how can the youth connect with their homeland? I went to Makoko, a riverine community in Lagos, Nigeria to document how the youths are living their life. Makoko is an informal settlement occupied by Diasporas including immigrants from different countries.

1. WE PLAY TOO MUCH BUT NEVER FORGET OUR ROOTS
Mague Noah, on a striped blue jersey disclosed that he has been pressuring his parent to take him to their homeland - the Republic of Benin. The photo shows Noah playing with his mate on a wooden canoe.

2. MY FUTURE IS COLOURFUL
Despite the high level of antenatal care, a baby was pictured flaunting her turban cap while eating a cheese biscuit. She is awaiting her mother to cruise over the dirty lagoon.

3. LET THE DOG LEADS OUR PATH TO THE HOMELAND
As if he wants to hop into the canoe, a dog focuses on the floating wooden boat to show his loyalty to humanity.

How do diasporas express their sense of belonging in multiple societies?
