Elias is a computer science graduate and a certified SAP HCM consultant with more than 15 years’ hands on experience. He is a devoted senior consultant capable of pulling challenging implementation project. He has been responsible for various project implementation of SAP HCM. He has plenty experience in the field of blueprint, functional design, business/functional analysis, data migration, issue management, project management and performing Quick Scans. In addition to his extensive expertise in the area of ICT focus on SAP HCM, app development analysis of with SAP, Scrum master, Use Case and User stories. He has also knowledge of DMS/FM (Folder Management), digital personnel file and HR authorizations.
He has capability to acting as a team or project coordinator role to guarantee successful implementation or maintenance of SAP HCM modules (integration, Payroll / Time Management/PA/OM/Data Conversion/Test).
