Ms. Doreen Bieri-Ngafor is currently working in the health Sector precisely for the Spitex Organisation  in the Region Bern – Switzerland as a Nursing Practitioner.
After completing her Primary Education in Mbengwi Cameroon, she headed forward to the Government Bilingual High School Mbengwi where she completed the General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinal and Advance Levels. The University of Yaoundé was her next stopping point, where she obtained a Bachelors Degree in English Literature. Besides studies she worked with the Cameroon National Radio for three years and further invested then two years of her time pursuing further studies at the Refined Computer Training Centre in Yaoundé where she obtained a Diploma in Computer Studies.
She concluded her Nursing Studies with the Swiss Red Cross SRK  and the Berufs-, Fach- und Fortbildungsschule BFF - Höhere Fachschule Soziales Bern- Switzerland, where she obtained a Diploma as Fachfrau Gesundheit.  she  also gathered experiences in other sectors and companies like “Stiftung  Wendepunkt” in Oftringen Kanton AG.   Cafe-Restaurant  Irion in Brugg AG,  and  Hotel Restaurant Strenen in Belp.
She is the Founder and President of the CNVfoundation, (www.cnvfoundation.com)  Besides she served as a founding member of a Swiss Based Organisation “Bridgehead.ch” http://www.bridgehead.ch know as an official Aupair Agency which supports cultural exchange between the countries of Africa and Europe such as Switzerland.
As an African resident abroad she remain very passionate about her Continent. She spared no opportunity in promoting the socio-cultural values of this continent as well as aspiring to help where need be. Besides her normal Job as Fachfrau Gesundheit,  Doreen works with AEMRN (Afro European Medical and Research Network) www.aemrnnetwork.ch as the Public Relationship Officer (PRO) since 2009.
