This alliance signifies a commitment to collective action and empowerment for women in the Kyrgyz diaspora in the region.

Celebrating Kyrgyz Culture in the Heart of Milan

Following the day's discussions and the momentous signing of the declaration, the celebration continued with a vibrant display of Kyrgyz culture in one of Milan's central parks. Attendees experienced the warmth and tradition of a specially constructed yurt, enjoyed authentic Kyrgyz cuisine, and were treated to captivating performances of traditional song and dance

A young woman is performing a traditional Kyrgyz dance outdoors, dressed in a flowing white gown with black and gold intricate embroidery, topped with a traditional headdress adorned with a white plume. Her arms are gracefully extended as she moves. Behind her is a decorative yurt-like setup with vibrant, traditional Kyrgyz tapestry. The performance is taking place under a white tent, and a red carpet is laid out in front of her, adding to the festive atmosphere. Another individual, partially visible, is standing behind her, also dressed in traditional attire.

A traditional Kyrgyz yurt is prominently displayed outdoors, set against a backdrop of trees and greenery. The yurt is constructed with a cream-colored felt material and adorned with intricate dark brown and white geometric patterns, characteristic of Kyrgyz craftsmanship. A red Kyrgyzstan national flag is positioned near the entrance, adding a touch of national pride. The yurt's wooden door is open, revealing part of the interior with traditional decor. The surrounding area is calm, with a few people in the background, suggesting a cultural or community event.
