OUR MISSION

At Humans to Humans, we connect uniquely skilled, engaged university students with extensive networking capabilities from the world’s leading institutions to entrepreneurs with high growth and sustainable ventures to propel them to the next level. The mission of Humans to Humans is to generate a positive impact through our holistic approach that aims to improve market access, resiliency, and environmental sustainability. We spark innovation by relying on collaborative problem analysis through cross-border exchanges to create unique solutions.

Moreover, Humans to Humans has an invaluable amount of resources. We provide access to mentors from the diaspora community facilitated by the UN Migration Body, IOM. Additionally, successful applicants are encouraged to attend our Speakers Series featuring experts in the agri-tech field and serial entrepreneurs. The best teams of the Cohort are invited to our end of program Pitch Competition, which includes exposure to pre-seed level investors.

PROGRAM ASSESSMENT

We provide ongoing individualized monitoring of each team’s progress through weekly check-ins. Furthermore, during the collaboration between students and entrepreneurs, we track progress and impact to ensure acceleration success. Our management team provides hands-on monitoring of quantitative and qualitative data of the students and entrepreneurs progress to best measure their improvement.

ELIGIBILITY AND CONDITIONS

Our Forwarding Global-Tech program welcomes ventures in all sectors, ranging from eco-friendly fashion, cosmetics, digital saving platform, to an agro-processing company, so long as there is an emphasis on technological innovation. The entrepreneur’s venture needs to be in line with our social impact policy based on the UNDP’s Economic, Social and Governance (ESG) factors.

Entrepreneurs must have:
- been working on their venture for a minimum of 2-3 years
- a successfully tested Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
- a company that is currently in a validating or scaling stage
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) they wish to achieve throughout the program

The applicant must be the strategic decision-maker for the company (CEO or founder).
