The Impact of Connecting Diaspora for Development (CD4D) Based on the Maastricht Graduate School of Governance (MGSoG) evaluation on the CD4D project, IOM NL has created this animation video. CD4D facilitates temporary assignments by diaspora members in selected countries of origin. Through sharing knowledge and expertise at host institutions, diaspora experts positively contribute to development across various sectors and countries.
