The diaspora entails great potential for Albania’s development, however, the challenge for the stakeholders is to create an environment that encourages and supports diaspora’s engagement to the development of the home country.

The objective of this programme is to contribute to enhancing the engagement of Albanian diaspora to the development of the country.
