Join us virtually at the 2022 HDERU-OneDiaspora Logistics Conference where we will raise the level of understanding of the HDERU-OneDiaspora Logistics “Last Mile” strategy. The conference will also address the gaps and challenges by bringing humanitarian assistance actors (diaspora organizations, government, Cluster System, NGOs) involved in the supply chain to present and discuss standard operating procedures and regulations, and share best practices around disaster logistics planning.
Speakers will expand on their role and functions in the supply chain process, Participants will have a chance to ask the Haitian Government questions on logistics gaps and challenges. OneDiaspora members will highlight how using the HDERU-OneDiaspora platform as an entry point can help mitigate these challenges during a disaster.
This event is part of the Framework for Diaspora's Engagement in Humanitarian Assistance, a project implemented in partnership with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and funded by USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA).
