Over the years I’ve been dedicating my efforts in supporting people to improve the quality of their lives, by helping them to unlock issues and find solutions . At the time I have developed and trained myself, through job experience in independent jobs as well as in companies.

My career has focused on the area of education and evaluation of projects for entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as the coordination of projects in organisations with social impact.
I am currently a member of several international organisations involved in economic and social systemic change with a focus on entrepreneurship. Such as Catalyst 2030 and Ashoka Fellow Europe.

I develop the following activities as a strategic consultant for non-profit organisations in Latin America:
-Analysis and strengthening of partnerships
-Analysis and development of potential projects between different international organisations
-Design of training strategies and its methodology
-Coordination of Youth - Change Makers teams to foster leadership for the realisation of new projects with sustainable impact
-Recruiting team members
-Talent assessment by competencies
-Speaker on education and Small and Medium Enterprises in international organisations
-Facilitated the understanding of strategic organisational situations for appropriate decision making
-Implemented and developed projects for small and medium entrepreneurs from Latin America, Europe and Asia
-Mentoring groups of students from universities in Latin America and Europe
-Ontological Organisational Coaching, focused on helping people to understand a situation from the position of being as a human being
