Under the framework of the “Integrating Knowledge Generation and Dissemination for the Protection of Migrants” project implemented by IOM’s Regional Office for the Middle East and North Africa and financed by the Kingdom of the Netherlands the consultancy seeks to engage an expert or a team of researchers, statisticians, and analysts to undertake a review to identify gaps and entry points in existing practices and develop efficient and effective methodologies for data collection and analysis in order to quantify the economic contribution of migrants and members of diaspora under the direct supervision of the Regional Labour Migration and Human Development Specialist. The consultancy will be of approximately 70 working days, cumulative for all researchers, over a period of four months and may require travel to specific target countries for field research.
